LendingClub Values
Core team: Alan Roll, Heba Williams, Ricardo Vega
A year after the LendingClub internal values were created, employees needed a fresh reminder for how to apply those values to their work. Specifically, we were tasked with elevating the values within our Operations team. In addition to some training activities, each month we created a set of cards for one of the six values with scenarios and original illustrations related to the everyday job of an Operations team member.
